30-Day Exchange and Return Policy: At TheWatch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns/Exchanges: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following criteria must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The return/exchange request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return/Exchange Process:
- Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within the 30-day period. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Receive Return Authorization: Once your return/exchange request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return/exchange.
- Pack and Ship: Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the RA number. Ship the item back to the designated return address using a trackable shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for the postage fees to ship the return product back.
- Inspection and Processing: Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
Refund/Exchange Options:
- Refund: If eligible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any shipping fees (if applicable).
- Exchange: If you opt for an exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you once the return item is received and inspected.
Exceptions:
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Final sale items and clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
