7-Day Exchange and Return Policy: At TheWatch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns/Exchanges: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following criteria must be met:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. The return/exchange request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return/Exchange Process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within the 7-day period. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return/exchange request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return/exchange.
  3. Pack and Ship: Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the RA number. Ship the item back to the designated return address using a trackable shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for the postage fees to ship the return product back.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Refund/Exchange Options:

  • Refund: If eligible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any shipping fees (if applicable).
  • Exchange: If you opt for an exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you once the return item is received and inspected.

Exceptions:

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Final sale items and clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
